CogniCor offers a Zoom app, which is a great tool for anyone who uses WealthMate on Zoom meetings. With the Zoom app, you can:

Allow the app to join the meetings and listen to the meeting as a listener.

Provides a Summary of the meeting in the chat and its native app in the CRM.

Access the transcriptions, meeting summaries, etc.

This article will walk through how to install the WealthMate in your Zoom Workplace.

Installing WealthMate in Zoom Workplace App
​
​​1. Login to your Zoom Workplace App and navigate to Apps. Select Add Apps tab.

​2. Search for WealthMate
​​
​
​
​
​
​
​
​
​
​
​3. Click on Get
​
​
4. Click on Add
​
​
​
​
5. You will be redirected to a browser window to Allow the permissions for the app.

​

​

​
​
6. Review and Allow the permissions for WealthMate:

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​7. You will see a message in the browser WealthMate is successfully added to your Zoom account.

8. Navigate to the Zoom Workplace app and select the Team Chat tab.
​

​

​
9. WealthMate app is successfully added in your Zoom account. Now, please wait for the confirmation email from CogniCor.

Installing WealthMate in Zoom Workplace Web App
​
1. Login to your Zoom Workplace account in the web browser.
​
2. In a new tab, access https://marketplace.zoom.us
​
3.Search for WealthMate app in the search bar.

​
​
4. Click on WealthMate app and click Add
​
​
​
​
​
​
​
​
5. A permission request will be shown. Please review and click Allow.
​
​

​
​
​
​
​
​
​
​
​
​
​​
​
6. You will see a message in the browser WealthMate is successfully added to your Zoom account.

This ensures the app is enabled in your zoom account.
Please note: The app will request your consent only for the meetings you schedule through CogniCor ClientMeet.

Uninstall WealthMate from your Zoom Workplace
​
1. Navigate to https://marketplace.zoom.us
2. Click Manage
​
​
​
3. Select Added Apps from the left side menu.
​
​
​
​
​
​
4. Click on Remove button.
5. Confirm Removal. A notification will be shown once removed.
