Co-Founder & CEO
Sindhu is co-founder and CEO of CogniCor, the Digital Assistant platform based on knowledge graphs used by leading financial services businesses for transforming customer engagement. She is based in Palo Alto, California and drives CogniCor’s vision to provide a thinking, talking face to every business. She holds a Ph.D in AI and is inventor of 6 US patents and is the author of several leading journal publications in AI.
CogniCor, created out of her Ph.D, which combines traditional inductive AI with advanced deductive AI and reasoning to offer a unique digital assistant platform built for business teams in the financial services industry.
She heads a global team of engineers and researchers, and loves trekking, reading and exploring the innate elegance of natural intelligence in her free time.
CTO & Co-founder
Rosh heads CogniCor's engineering and technology divisions developing the heart of CogniCor–it's AI and the CIRA platform.
With over 17 years' experience in systems programming and architecture, he works with CogniCor's clients and partners in bringing innovative systems from lab/PoC to launch.
He holds a master’s degree in technology from the Manipal Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree from Cochin University of Science and Technology.

Rajesh Sharma is an accomplished technology and business leader with demonstrated experience in implementing transformational change in IT organizations and addressing strategic business opportunities. He exhibits excellent leadership skills in developing cohesive high performing teams in leading the charge on cultural transformation across organizations.
Rajesh has worked with Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, and CitiGroup, and holds a certificate in Financial Risk Management from New York University.

On 21st June 2022, we celebrated international yoga day at CogniCor Technologies with renowned yoga masters Arya Sreejith, (International Yoga Trainer, YIC, NIOS certificate in yoga, Pg diploma in Yoga, MSc, BEd) & Sreejith A S (international yoga Trainer, YIC, Sujok Therapist, Karate Trainer). They have wonderfully explained how effectively yoga would transform one's mind and body and how one would receive inner peace and energy through practicing yoga.

Back to Society
Glad and excited to announce the successful completion of our Back to Society initiative as a part of CSR. We could identify the worthy 130 students from the Waynad district in Kerala and could distribute school supplies including five seed pens sourced from "Ithal" an initiative of Pappinissery GramaPanchayath CDS, and beautiful "Karthumbi" umbrellas handmade by the women in Attapadi tribal village.
